Most of the upgrades requires the original item to be returned to us to enable the work to be carried out.
The cost of each upgrade is shown below. Carriage will be added depending on weight and destination.
We generally have stock of these items but it is always best to check with us first.

High Performance Power Interconnect lead

This is an easy upgrade as you don’t need to return anything, just make the purchase.
A major sonic upgrade to the following Products:
- Orca preamp with Standard Large PSU or NCPSU
- Delphini Mk1 or Mk2 phono stage with Std PSU or NCPSU
- Dino Mk1 or Mk2 phono stage with ‘Dino+’ or NCPSU
- Diablo phono stage with PSU1 or NCPSU

Alecto Monoblock Power Amplifiers upgrade to 250 watts per channel

An extra pair of output Mosfets are fitted to each amplifier taking the output power from 135 watts to 250 watts per channel.
Many people ask us if this is just a power increase, or is there a sonic improvement. Well, power is nice, but sound quality beats all. This upgrade enables the Alecto mono blocks to perform at their very best.
Only applicable to Mk2 Mono Alecto - the ones with the green PCB (not black).

Alecto Monoblock Mk1 to Mk2 conversion
Alecto Monoblocks
If you own a pair of original Mk1 Mono amplifiers then it is possible to upgrade these to the Mk2 version.
We take out the original Mk1 boards (black in colour) and replace them with brand new Mk2 boards (green in colour).
Power rating of the new boards is 250 watts per channel.

Delphini Phono Amplifier Mk1 to Mk2 upgrade
Delphini Phono Stage
A complete board change upgrades the Delphini from Mk1 to Mk2.
We have a very limited supply of these boards.
You only need to send the Phono Stage and not the power supply.

Delphini phono amplifier or Orca pre-amplifier Large PSU upgrade to ‘Never Connected’ PSU
Delphini PSU
The standard large PSU is common to both Delphini and Orca. The original electronics PCB is replaced with a ‘Never Connected’ board.
This mod can be improved even further by adding one of our High Performance Interconnect Leads (shown above) between the power supply and Delphini or Orca.

Dino+ PSU upgrade to ‘Never Connected’ PSU
‘Dino+’ Power Supply
Take advantage of the ‘Never Connected’ technology by upgrading your ‘Dino+’ PSU to NCPSU. The original PSU electronics and toroidal transformer are removed for the existing casework and a new circuit board complete with PCB mounting toroidal transformer is fitted.
